The website offers handmade artistic jewelry.

Product descriptions and images aim to represent the items as accurately as possible.

Since all pieces are handcrafted, slight variations in color, shape, or texture may occur and are to be considered part of the uniqueness of the product, not defects.

Orders and Contract

The sales contract is concluded when the customer receives the order confirmation email.

The seller reserves the right to cancel orders in case of errors, unavailability, or suspected fraud.

Prices

All prices are in Euro and include VAT where applicable.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Payments

Accepted payment methods:

Shipping

Orders are prepared and shipped within the times indicated on the product page.

Delivery times depend on the destination and courier service.

Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exclusions from Withdrawal

  • items made on specific request

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 working days after receiving and verifying the returned product, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Defective Products

In case of defects or damage, the customer must notify the seller within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@mariadiana.it with photos and details.

Natural variations typical of handmade products are not considered defects.

Liability

The seller is not responsible for:

  • improper use of the products
  • damages caused by negligence
  • color differences due to screen settings
  • delays caused by third parties
